How does traffic-based pricing work?
Your plan is priced by the monthly visitor traffic of the site displaying the seal. We don't measure or track your visitors. You self-select the plan that matches your traffic band, and can upgrade any time if you outgrow it.
What counts as annual billing?
Annual plans are paid up-front for 12 months and get a 10% discount. You can cancel any time, but annual payments aren't refunded pro-rata.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time via the Stripe customer portal. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we'll refund in full. After that, cancellations stop future charges but no partial refund on the current period.
Do you offer discounts for multiple sites?
Each site is a separate subscription. This keeps verification tied to a specific domain. For agencies or businesses running 5+ sites, get in touch about a bundle.
